We are proud to have kept safe since the summer of 2020 at Michele's Dance Academy! Please see our updated policies and procedures below. These are in line with all city and state regulations to keep our students, staff, and families safe during this time.
Students will be dropped off at the Entrance Door one at a time. Please respect social distancing guidelines while outside the studio. Staff will let dancers in one at a time. Dancers must arrive on time; doors will be closed once classes have started.
Once a dancer has checked in, they will use hand sanitizer. They will then go into the classroom.
NOTE: The lobby will now be OPEN. We will continue Zoom Access for the younger classes (3-8 years of age) for parents to watch. We do ask that you still remain vigilant and considerate. If you are sick, please do not come into the lobby. Also, immediate family members only. Thank you!
The studio will be cleaned between each group of dancers, and all high touch surfaces will be sanitized.
We will dismiss one at a time through the FRONT DOOR (main door). Please be prompt in picking up your dancer, so we may complete our cleaning procedures and welcome our next group of dancers into the studio on time. Dancers may only stay in a designated waiting area between classes if the time between a class is 30 minutes or less; otherwise, they must be picked up.
Guidelines may be updated at any time with new information from the County, State or Federal Government. We reserve the right to offer additional safety precautions outside of government guidelines to best protect our students, staff and families.
While we will do our best to provide the safest environment possible and minimize risks, there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. By attending classes, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19.
Thank you for doing your part to keep our studio community healthy and we look forward to seeing you in class soon!
